copy(from, to, verbose = false) public

Copies a file from to to using #syscopy. If to is a directory, copies from to to/from. If verbose is true, from -> to is printed.

Deprecated in 1.9.x!

Use FileUtils::copy instead. It is also in 1.8.x, FileUtils, so call that one instead.
