Evaluates to an Array containing the prefixes (names) of all defined namespaces at this context node. 

 doc = Document.new("<a xmlns:x='1' xmlns:y='2'><b/><c xmlns:z='3'/></a>")
 doc.elements['//b'].prefixes # -> ['x', 'y']
