Returns the conjugate of the matrix.

Matrix[[Complex(1,2), Complex(0,1), 0], [1, 2, 3]]
  => 1+2i   i  0
        1   2  3
Matrix[[Complex(1,2), Complex(0,1), 0], [1, 2, 3]].conjugate
  => 1-2i  -i  0
        1   2  3
