rjust(integer, padstr=' ')

Works just like String#rjust, only integer specifies characters instead of bytes.

Example:

  "Â¾ cup".mb_chars.rjust(8).to_s
  #=> "   Â¾ cup"

  "Â¾ cup".mb_chars.rjust(8, "Â ").to_s # Use non-breaking whitespace
  #=> "Â Â Â Â¾ cup"
