Returns the size of arguments of the method. 

   tobj = WIN32OLE_TYPE.new('Microsoft Excel 9.0 Object Library', 'Workbook')
   method = WIN32OLE_METHOD.new(tobj, 'SaveAs')
   puts method.size_params # => 11
